Thank you for purchasing from Galeria Botello. We take great care in packaging and shipping artwork, prints, and books to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders for prints, books, and shop items are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Original artworks may require additional preparation time depending on handling, framing, and shipping arrangements.
  • You will be notified if additional processing time is needed.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Shipping method is selected based on the destination, item size, and value.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • For original artworks, shipping rates may be quoted separately due to their unique handling and packaging requirements.

4. Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico & United States)

  • Delivery time varies by location, typically ranging 5–14 business days once shipped.
  • Larger or fragile artworks may require specialized delivery services.

5. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available for select items.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times vary based on customs processing and destination.

6. Packaging

We take great care to pack artwork securely:

  • Prints and books are packaged in protective sleeves, rigid mailers, or boxes.
  • Original artworks may be shipped in custom-built crates or reinforced packaging.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Please include photos of the packaging and item.
  3. We will assist with a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the item.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies; however, we will help track and resolve issues whenever possible.

9. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are in Puerto Rico, local pickup at our San Juan gallery may be available for select items. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.
